“非佛不做”是佛光青年組織的核心理念，旨在鼓勵青年以佛法為指引，將慈悲、智慧和正念融入日常生活和社會服務中。
佛光青年應以佛法做為基準，無論是在人際交往、學習工作還是公益活動中。通過堅持這一理念，不僅能提升個人內在修養，還能為社會帶來更多和諧與正能量。
藉由”非佛不做”的實踐，成為現代社會的一盞明燈，照亮自己和他人的心靈旅程。
Culture & Education
文化教育類
積極辦理各項教育培訓及推廣各項文化活動，期許青年從教育中提昇內涵，從活動中廣結善緣，並從文化中增廣見聞，從藝術中陶冶性情。
We actively organize various education and training programs and promote various cultural activities, expecting young people to enhance their connotation through education, to make good connections through activities, to broaden their horizons through culture, and to cultivate their temperament through art.
Meeting & Practice
會議共修類
積極參與各項修持活動，重視心靈探索，昇華宗教情操。從修持中淨化心靈，從參與中莊嚴生命。
Actively participate in various cultivation activities, emphasize spiritual exploration , and sublimate religious sentiments. We purify our souls through cultivation and dignify our lives through participation.
Fellowship & Exchange
聯誼交流類
積極推廣各項聯誼交流活動，擴大人事參與。期許青年從聯誼中，接引更多青年認識佛光組織，加入佛光大家庭。
Actively promote various friendship and exchange activities in the hope that youth will expand their participation in the organization, and attract more youth to know BLIA organization and join BLIA YAD.

世界一家，推動無國界理念。在世界五大洲，推動各項慈善教育工作。期許青年從慈善中教化人心，從服務中體驗生命。
We are one world, promoting the concept of no boundaries.We promote various charitable education work in five continent . We hope that youth will learn from charity and experience life through service.
